I'm on the button in a limit cash game and I get pocket Jacks. In front of me there's a raise and then a reraise. I call, and the original raiser caps before the flop. The flop comes J J 9, and one of the Js and the 9 are both clubs. So I flop QUADS!!!!! The original raiser bets, the reraiser raises, so its 2 bets to me. I decide to slowplay and just call. Its then reraised and capped. The turn is the 7 of clubs. This time the original raiser checks, the reraiser bets, and I raise. The original raiser calls, the reraiser reraises, and I cap. The original raiser calls. The river is the 10 of clubs. The original raiser bets out, so I put him on pocket As or Ks with the club. The reraiser raises, so I figure he's also got As or Ks with a club, or maybe had a pocket pair and boated. I reraise and the original raiser caps it, so all 4 bets were capped and I'm thinking I'm going to win a VERY juicy pot. The first guy shows pocket As with the club like I figured. The second idiot shows a red Q and the 8 of clubs to hit runner runner to a straight flush. I couldn't believe that this guy raised (or reraised) every opportunity he had with NOTHING (until the river). Beaten by a one-outer who was reraising me all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was at a different site than UB, and was the last hand I ever played at that site (it wasn't the first time this type of thing had happened).........
