Sit-n-Go-Bad-Beat
This sit n go tournament definitely stands out in my mind as the worst beat I’ve taken online. A couple years ago on a competitor's poker room, I was playing a Step 5 $1065 direct buy in sit n go. In the third round of play I picked up pocket 5's in the small blind. There were 3 limpers including the button, I completed and the flop came A-5-3. Checked around to the button, the button makes a smallish bet, I bet pot, folded to button who pushes all in. I am not putting this player on 2-4 or AA so I call. Button shows 3-3 and rivers a 3 for a 1 outer quads. Ouch
